deciq sends AI shopping agents to an online store and reports where they stop buying. deciq is run by DeciqAI Inc. ("we"). This page says what we collect when you use deciq.ai, what we use it for, who else handles it and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- When you join the waitlist: your email address, the time you joined, the page that sent you to deciq.ai, and your browser's name and version.
- When you ask us to check a store: the store's address, your email address, and a record of the check: when you asked and how far it got.
- When you sign in: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we ask Google only for your email address and whether Google has verified it. We do not receive your name, contacts, mail, files or anything else in your Google account.
- Cookies: one keeps you signed in for a day, others let your browser open the reports you may read, and a short-lived one is set while you sign in with Google. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
What we use it for
- To run the check you asked for, send you the sign-in code and tell you by email when the report is ready.
- To show a report only to the email address that asked for it and our team, who review every report and answer your questions about it.
- To limit each email address to one check a day.
- To tell people on the waitlist when they can use deciq, and to tell sign-ups made by bots from real ones by the browser details.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
What a check looks at
A check visits the store's public pages the way a shopper's AI agent would. When a visit reaches checkout, it stops before payment and uses a deciq email address of our own, never yours.
Who else handles it
- Amazon Web Services hosts deciq.ai and stores what we collect, in the United States.
- Google sends our emails, from a deciqai.com mailbox, and runs Google sign-in. The pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when they load.
- AI model providers run the agents on a check. They read the store's pages and are never given your email address.
- Cloudflare runs Turnstile on the form where you ask for a check, to tell people from bots; it sees signals from your browser to do so.
deciq's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
- A sign-in code works for ten minutes and is then deleted.
- A report from a check is deleted 30 days after it is made.
- Your waitlist entry and the records of your checks are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email admin@deciqai.com from the address in question. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
