What does deciq do?

We send eight AI shopping agents to your store, each shopping for a different person: a gift that has to arrive by Friday, a refill of the usual shampoo, a size that will fit. The report shows where each one stopped, what it could and could not read there, and what to change so more visits end in an order.

Is a check a score for my store?

No. Each agent shops for its person from search to cart, and the report follows each visit to the place it stopped, in the agent's own words. Every finding says what to fix, who does it and how many visits it stopped.

Does an agent place real orders?

It goes as far as the moment of payment and no further. An agent never pays, never signs in and never creates an account. If you tell us the store is yours, it fills in checkout's contact and shipping fields with the made-up shopper's name and our address, then stops. Otherwise it stops at the cart.

What will I see in my analytics?

Eight visits tagged utm_source=deciq, from an ordinary Chrome browser at Amazon Web Services addresses in the United States. Every request carries our signature, which Shopify checks, so a request from our agents can be told apart from one that only uses our name. The details are on our visits page.

Which stores can you check?

Any online store whose pages we can read without signing in. We started on Shopify, so the fixes are written for its admin first; a store on another platform gets the same visits and findings.

How long does a check take, and who sees the report?

The eight visits take about forty minutes. The report goes to the email you give us, and you and the deciq team can open it.

How do I stop the visits?

Write to media@deciqai.com with your store's address, or disallow agentcosign-audit, the name our agents read it under, in your robots.txt. We read it before every check.

How do I get a check?

Leave your store's address and your email on the home page. We take stores from the list in turn and write to you when it is your store's turn.
